Units are offered only by private placement, on the terms of the fund’s Private Placement Memorandum and contribution agreement. We do not offer units to the public, and nothing on this website is an offer to invest.
SEBI sets the minimum investment in an Alternative Investment Fund at ₹1 crore for most investors. We share the Private Placement Memorandum and other fund documents with prospective investors who meet the eligibility requirements, on request.
